He/Him
November 29, 1985

Dylan Heath went to school for Journalism at the beginning of the slow demise of media. Teachers told him he was a good reporter, but would never make any money. So he chose to take up a career in cooking, another dying job with no real future. He has spent the last 15 years cooking at several Indy darling restaurants around Chicago. With his body deteriorating from old age and hard work, he returned to writing. He is currently working on his second novel using magical realism to discuss the loneliness epidemic of our modern age. He has a short story published in the online magazine, Neon Origami, and the short story collection, “Going Somewhere as a Guest.”
